South Korea's global competitiveness ranking climbed one notch up this year from a year earlier, according to an international report.
In the 2015 World Competitiveness Yearbook released by the Swiss-based Institute for Management Development (IMD), South Korea ranked 25th among 61 countries surveyed as the country obtained higher marks on economic growth and corporate sector efficiency.
The United States topped the IMD list, followed by Hong Kong and Singapore.
