When Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Adore, revealed that he had been offered a negotiation proposal by Hive, saying, "I'll give you money, so get out," Hive immediately refuted it, calling it a "false claim."
Hive protested the interview conducted by former CEO Min Hee-jin and JoongAng Ilbo today (26th), saying, "It is absurd for us to make such absurd false claims."
In addition, Hive said, "The audit was launched as internal and external reports continued," adding, "As a result of the audit, Director Min has been looking for ways to attack the company over a long period of time with the deputy CEO, and it has been confirmed that he met with investors countless times."
