Lebanon's armed faction Hezbollah, facing an unprecedented Israeli offensive, is relying on digs and other structures built with the help of North Korea and Iran to conserve key power, Reuters reported.

Reuters reported on the 25th local time that Hezbollah has established a web-like network of underground caves hundreds of kilometers long since fighting one war with Israel in 2006.

In particular, it added, some of the digs are huge enough to carry heavy equipment, driving them to withstand Israeli bombardment with overwhelming firepower.

In fact, Hezbollah released a video last month showing a rocket launcher and a truck carrying armed personnel running inside a tunnel.

Before the Gaza war broke out in October last year, Hezbollah was said to have stockpiled as many as 150,000 rockets and missiles.
