KB Kookmin Bank said it will raise its mortgage rate by 0.2%p from the 4th of next month to prevent household loans from being concentrated.
The interest rate on jeonse loans increases from 0.15%p to 0.25%p depending on the guarantee agency.
In addition, the interest rate on credit loans is 0.2%p higher for the entire credit rating.
Hana Bank will also reduce the reduction interest rate for each jeonse loan product by up to 0.5%p starting tomorrow (1st).
NH Nonghyup Bank changed its existing non-face-to-face mortgage loan products today (30th) and revised the terms of the loan.
In addition, the preferential interest rate, which is applied when changing existing non-face-to-face mortgage loans, will be reduced by 0.5%p and new loans by 0.3%p.
