Next week's national dictation contest...Hangeul Day is full of events.

To mark Hangeul Day next week, various events such as a national dictation contest and a Hangul industry exhibition will be held.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that it will hold a national dictation contest at Gyeongbokgung Palace on the 4th of next month to mark the 578th anniversary of Hangul Day.

On the same day, the Gwanghwamun Square will hold a Hangeul industrial exhibition featuring more than 90 tableware and daily products using Hangeul content, and the National Hangeul Museum will hold virtual village school experience, Hangeul fashion shows, and puppet shows.

The National Institute of the Korean Language will work with Burger King, a restaurant company, to introduce a Korean menu for three days from the 7th of next month.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Institute of the Korean Language plan to actively campaign in five areas, including online public participation campaigns and the use of the correct Korean language by public institutions.
