"We fired Fadi-4 missiles at the Gliulot base outside Tel Aviv, where the Israeli military intelligence unit, Unit 8200, and Mossad's headquarters are located," Hezbollah said in a statement on Wednesday local time.
Israeli media said two people were injured and treated in the attack.
Earlier, the Israeli military said three to four rockets were fired from Lebanon towards central Israel, with some intercepted, and at least one fell on a road near Kapr Qasim.
Hezbollah's rocket attack has triggered air raid sirens in central Israel and also heard explosions in Tel Aviv, it said.
Hezbollah also fired Kader-1 ballistic missiles at Mossad's headquarters on the 24th of last month, but they were intercepted by Israeli air defenses.
