Announcer-turned-TV broadcaster Choi Dong-seok filed a lawsuit against Sanggan-nam while he is filing for divorce from Park Ji-yoon.
Choi Dong-seok's agency Story & Plus told YTN Star today (2nd) that it received the complaint on the 30th of last month.
Choi Dong-seok filed a lawsuit against Park Ji-yoon and a man, A, for compensation for damages. Choi Dong-seok filed the lawsuit claiming that their marriage to Park Ji-yoon broke down due to their cheating.
The agency said, "It is difficult to tell you the details because it is a private company. I'm sorry to have caused you any concern," he said.
However, an official said, "Choi Dong-seok did not suddenly file the lawsuit," adding, "It was already dealt with in the divorce lawsuit."
Prior to this, in July, Park Ji-yoon filed a lawsuit against Choi Dong-seok's acquaintance A. The first pleading date for the damages lawsuit filed by Park Ji-yoon on August 27 has already been held, and the next pleading date is scheduled to be held on the 29th.
As the two sides insist on each other's affair, attention is being paid to whether Choi Dong-seok will be able to appear on TV CHOSUN's "Now Alone," which is set to premiere on the 8th.
Choi Dong-seok was cautious, saying, "I've finished filming, but I think I'll have to discuss the appearance with the production team," and the production team of "Now I'm Alone" said, "We're trying to figure out the current situation."
Meanwhile, Park Ji-yoon refuted the lawsuit, calling it "completely groundless."
