It was the coldest this fall in Seoul this morning, with temperatures going down nearly 11 degrees.

Even in the middle of the day, the temperature is below 20 degrees due to the cold wind.

Temperatures will be similar to today's tomorrow, National Foundation Day, and it will rain across the country except Seoul and northern Gyeonggi Province.

Please pay attention to your clothes and make sure to bring an umbrella.

The rain will start from Yeongnam and Jeju Island early tomorrow morning, expanding south of Chungcheong in the morning and south of Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province in the afternoon.

It will mostly stop at night, but rain will continue until dawn the day after tomorrow in Jeollanam-do, Yeongnam, and Jeju Island.

It will rain up to 60mm in Yeongnam and Jeju Island, up to 40mm in Yeongdong and Jeonnam, and the wind is strong, so rain and wind are expected.

By tomorrow, the temperature will be lower than usual.

The morning temperature will be 12 degrees in Seoul, 13 degrees in Gwangju, and 16 degrees in Daegu.

Some inland and Yeongseo in Gyeonggi Province will fall below 10 degrees.

Daytime temperatures will be only 21 degrees in Seoul, 18 degrees in Gwangju, and 21 degrees in Busan, similar to or slightly lower than today.

Meanwhile, Typhoon Kraton is now a very strong force that is passing through the southwest coast of Taiwan.

However, the typhoon will weaken significantly after passing Taiwan between today and tomorrow, and will weaken to a tropical depression after exiting by sea.

Although the likelihood of a typhoon directly affecting the Korean Peninsula has decreased, it will act as a variable for the weather after the rest of the holidays and weekends.

The cold air on the Korean Peninsula and the steam brought by the typhoon will meet and rain tomorrow.

After the weekend, there is a possibility that the rain clouds left by the typhoon will move near the Korean Peninsula and affect it.

For the time being, the waves will be high on the east coast, south coast, and Jeju Island coast.

Please pay attention to safety accidents as high waves can cross the seashore rock or breakwater.
