Chairman Jung Won-joo of Daewoo Engineering & Construction inaugurated the 28th Chairman of the Central Credit Bureau of Jogye Order.

Daewoo Engineering & Construction said Chairman Jung Won-joo has been inaugurated as the 28th Chairman of the Central Shinto Society of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism.

The Central Shindohoe is the largest religious organization of the Jogye Order and has a four-year term as chairman.

At the inauguration ceremony held at Jogyesa Temple, Chairman Chung said that even in the digitalized modern society where artificial intelligence leads society, Korean Buddhism is leading mental civilization through clear images and temple stays and narrowing the distance from future generations with various cultural contents.

He then emphasized that he will continue his efforts to become a society where people in the world can be bright and happy by expanding the public service of the Central New Community Association.
