Within this month, the Special Committee on Resolving the Power Gap of the People has decided to propose a bill to enact the Special Act on Resolving the Employment Gap in the Metropolitan and Non-capital Areas.

It is known that the legislation will include tax benefits if artificial intelligence or semiconductor-related companies hire non-metropolitan youth.

The special committee also decided to push for a separate revision of the law to effectively apply the age discrimination ban in the employment process to expand middle-aged jobs.
