A fire broke out at around 0:40 a.m. today (3rd) at a chicken shop on the first floor of a two-story commercial building in Seokbong-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon.
No one was seriously injured in the fire, but one nearby resident drank smoke and received emergency measures at the scene.
The fire department, which completely extinguished the fire in 20 minutes, is investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
