The Seocho Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 40s yesterday (2nd) on charges of refusing to measure alcohol and obstructing the execution of public affairs.
A is accused of drinking and driving around Banpo Interchange in Seocho-gu, Seoul at around 10:10 p.m. last night.The police, who were dispatched after receiving a report
, blocked the vehicle's path and caught Mr. A, who refused to take a breathalyzer test.
While being transported to the police station, Mr. A got out of the back seat and tried to escape while the vehicle stopped, but he assaulted two police officers who chased him.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of A and are considering applying for an arrest warrant.
