Authorities said a Russian bomb fell on a five-story apartment building in downtown Harukiu on the 2nd local time, causing a fire and injuring more than 10 people.
In a related development, Ukraine's air force said in a statement that Russia had destroyed 78 of the 105 drones it fired overnight.
Officials said 15 regions of Ukraine had been attacked by Russia.
