The Seoul Central District Court today (4th) acquitted former coach Kim and former general manager Jang, who are charged with malpractice.
Former head coach Kim and former general manager Jang are accused of taking bribes from a coffee company, a sponsor of the Kia club, several times.
Former head coach Kim was found to have received hundreds of millions of dollars in back money, and former general manager Jang was found to have received tens of millions of won.
Earlier last month, the prosecution asked the court to sentence former head coach Kim and former general manager Jang to four years in prison and two years in prison for the coffee company's chairman Kim.
