Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae attended the appointment ceremony of new judges held at the Supreme Court today (4th) and emphasized that a balanced judgment should be made according to the Constitution and the law without being swayed by power or public pressure.
Among the new judges, 96 were former lawyers, 14 were former prosecutors and one was a former judicial researcher.
By gender, 57 males accounted for 51.4% and 54 females, 48.6%.
