The Guro Police Station in Seoul has requested an arrest warrant for a motorcyclist A, who is suspected of running away with a police officer to avoid a crackdown.
Mr. A is accused of driving a motorcycle in Guro-dong, Seoul, around 1 p.m. on the 3rd, and running away about 15 meters by hanging a police officer who was cracking down on reverse driving.
In a police investigation, Mr. A reportedly stated to the effect that he had fled to avoid the crackdown.
At the time of the crime, it was confirmed that A was not drunk or under the influence of drugs.
