The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office today requested an arrest warrant for Gu, Ryu Kwang-jin, Timon, and Ryu Hwa-hyun, Wemakeff, on charges of fraud and embezzlement.The head of
district is suspected of using the sales proceeds of Timon and Wemakeff to settle the accounts to the stores to acquire other platform companies such as 'Wish' or being involved in the process of paying the existing backlog.
The prosecution has also continued its investigation by detecting circumstantial evidence that affiliates such as Timev sent more than 10 billion won a year to Q10 in the name of management advice.
The amount of embezzlement the prosecution has identified so far is 50 billion won and the amount of fraud is 1.4 trillion won.
