The Incheon Seobu Police Station is investigating a middle school student A on charges of using cameras under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.
Mr. A is accused of illegally filming two people, including a woman in her 30s, while staying for about 50 minutes in a women's bathroom at a shopping mall in Seo-gu, Incheon, on the 11th of last month.
Mr. B, who found a cell phone under the bathroom partition, immediately caught Mr. A and handed it over to the police.
As the forensics of A's mobile phone revealed that there were no other illegal filming, the police plan to call A to investigate the details of the crime soon.
