Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten, Ryu Kwang-jin, CEO of Timon, and Ryu Hwa-hyun, CEO of Wemakep, are at a crossroads.

It has been more than two months since the prosecution formed a dedicated investigation team in July and raided the district's representative residence, Quten Group offices, and Timev headquarters.

The prosecution believes that they lured users through discount events and swindled more than 1.5 trillion won, even though they knew that Timep's financial situation had deteriorated to the point where they could not settle the sales price.

In addition, affiliates such as Timon and Wemakeff diverted 67.1 billion won in sales to be settled with the store and used it to acquire other companies,
He is also accused of causing damage worth KRW 69.2 billion by giving work to other affiliates after receiving Timep funds for management advice, etc.
.

The prosecution called Koo Young-bae, CEO of Quten, as a suspect on the 30th and 2nd of last month and investigated him twice.

Here, CEO Koo reportedly denied the allegations to the effect that it was only a strategy for growth and that there was no intention of fraud.

With the two sides facing each other, the arrest of the three is expected to be decided next week.
