It has been confirmed that the U.S. Air Force's strategic bomber B-1B "Lancer," which appeared at the Armed Forces Day event, also conducted joint training with the South Korean Air Force on the day of the event.

The U.S. Indo-Pacific Command said two B-1Bs conducted simulated close air support (CAS) training with two F-15Ks of the South Korean Air Force at the must-win shooting range in Taebaek, Gangwon Province, on the morning of the 1st.

B-1B is a supersonic strategic bomber that can fly up to 12,000 kilometers at a maximum speed of Mach 1.25, and although it does not operate nuclear weapons, it can be equipped with 57 tons of weapons, which is considered to be superior to other U.S. strategic bombers.
