The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has officially called for the suspension of the Badminton Association's temporary parliamentary competition, which is currently under investigation.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said in a press release that the agenda of the general meeting of delegates is about the dismissal of some executives, but the association's articles of association do not meet the requirements as "the dismissal of executives is proposed with the majority of the registered delegates."

Furthermore, he pointed out that it is inappropriate to hold an extraordinary parliamentary general meeting to penalize the association's directors who testified at the National Assembly, where the parliamentary audit began.

On the 11th, the Badminton Association will hold a temporary parliamentary competition to discuss "no confidence in the association's executives."
