Chun Dae-yup, the head of the court administration, explained that the court administration sent an official letter to the front-line court to comply with the deadline for the court processing of the election trial had nothing to do with the individual trial.

Minister Cheon answered the question of Lee Kun-tae of the Democratic Party of Korea at the Supreme Court's parliamentary audit of the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee today (7th).

Earlier, the court administration sent an official letter to the court on the 2nd to comply with the election law regulations that set the election trial to be completed within six months of the first trial and three months after the case was filed, and to report with a case management card two months after the case was filed.

When Lee pointed out that he was intervening in a specific case, Minister Cheon explained that it was not intended to be involved in individual cases, but only to notify election presidents in accordance with regulations that required them to take appropriate reporting measures.

In addition, Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Seung-won pointed out that judges are in an unstable position because the prosecution has not disposed of dozens of judges who have been booked in the judicial manipulation case, and Minister Cheon said he will check the situation and take necessary measures.
