An official from Yongsan-gu Office in Seoul said Moon illegally parked his car in an alley in Itaewon-dong for about seven hours before driving under the influence of alcohol, but he did not receive a fine.
Earlier, at around 6:57 p.m. on the 4th, Moon Da-hye stopped her car on the side road in front of the construction site of the new building and returned to her car about seven hours later at 2:17 a.m.
The district office said that the area is only allowed to stop for five minutes, but there was no citizen's report on Moon's car, and the area did not have an illegal parking enforcement camera installed, so there is no basis for imposing fines.
