Nexon Wins Best Game General Game of the Month Award for 'First Descendants'

Nexon Co., Ltd. announced on the 8th that its new route shooter game "The First Descendant" developed by its subsidiary Nexon Games won the "Best Game of the Month" general game (blockbuster) category in the second half of 2024.

The "Outstanding Game of the Month," a project organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency, is held every year for the purpose of promoting game creation through awards for outstanding games in Korea. First Descendants was selected as the winner of the "General Game-Blockbuster" category, combining 80% of written and presentation reviews and 20% of game users' votes.

First Descendants is a route shooter game with high-quality visuals and spectacular gun-based battles, and features cooperative shooting (CO-OP) that highlights the fun of the action and RPG play that expands the user experience.

An official from Nexon Games said, "We will continue to do our best to closely grasp the opinions of users, present content that can satisfy them, and provide long-term services."
