"Russia continues to carry out large-scale attacks on Ukraine's core energy infrastructure," Rutter said at a joint press conference with Finnish President Alexander Stub at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, on the afternoon of the 8th.
"NATO must and will do more to help Ukraine," Rutter said.
He also added that he would call for additional support at a meeting of the Ukrainian Defense Liaison Group to coordinate support for Ukraine scheduled for this weekend in Germany.
