Spokesperson Han Min-soo said in a briefing, "The Republic of Korea is a democratic republic, not a monarchy," adding, "I hope President Yoon will be able to overcome the chaos in state affairs caused by First Lady Kim Gun-hee and distinguish between public and private affairs."
"The owner of the country is the people, not the president and his wife," he said, adding that he should reflect on the voices of the people and fulfill his responsibilities before it is too late.
