Badminton empress Ahn Se-young made her return to 'Sweat and Tears' two months after the Paris Olympics revelation.

However, many problems related to the Badminton Association are still not making much progress.

Reporter Lee Dae-gun's report.

[Ahn Se-young / Badminton team: The fans must have waited a long time and I want to say thank you to the fans who love our badminton. (Don't cry!) Thank you.

Ahn Se-young, who had just returned and was soaked in sweat, thanked her with tears.

In his return match in two months, he evaluated his performance 80 percent.

After a long break, he gave up the world's No. 1 ranking to his rival, but he says he won't pay much attention in the future.

Rather than competing, I will focus on enjoying my favorite badminton.

This is why he was able to comfortably induce the response of the audience who supported him in the return match.

Immediately after winning the gold medal at the Paris Olympics, Ahn Se-young had a hard time bringing up what she had in mind.

[Ahn Se-young / Badminton team (last August): I wanted to win the Olympics and ran so hard because I wanted my voice to be energized.]

Naturally, public opinion was concentrated, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also conducted its own investigation.

As a result of the interim investigation, several problems were identified, including player management and sponsor supplies.

And we are about to announce the final results of the investigation containing disciplinary action against those involved.

However, negotiations between the association and sponsors are important regarding the badminton goods contract, but no progress has been made.

In such a chaotic situation, Ahn will play at the Danish Open next week with the support of the Badminton Association.
