People's Power lawmakers of the National Assembly's Environment and Labor Committee criticized the National Assembly for failing to conduct a normal audit due to the Democratic Party's unreasonable claims and obstruction of opinion close to riot, as Employment and Labor Minister Kim Moon-soo was sent off from the parliamentary audit.

Rep. Kim Hyung-dong, secretary of the ruling party of the Economic, Social and Labor Committee, held an emergency press conference and pointed out that the Democratic Party even used the expedient of withdrawing witnesses for refusing to comply with the minister's order to leave.

He then said that as lawmakers of the People's Power have been violated by the Constitution, they will soon seek a power dispute trial from the Constitutional Court.
