Starting today, early voting for the October 16 by-elections...One superintendent of education and four basic organizations

Early voting for the 10/16 re- and by-elections will be held at 476 polling stations in the region for two days from today (11th), selecting four heads of local governments in Geumjeong, Busan, Ganghwa, Incheon, and Yeonggwang and Gokseong, Jeollanam-do.

The location of the polling station can be found on the voting guide delivered to voters or on the website of the National Election Commission, and if you bring your ID from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can vote anywhere in the by- and by-elections area.

The NEC asked voters who cannot vote that day to participate in early voting as the voting day is not a public holiday on the 16th.

In addition to the Seoul superintendent election, where political parties cannot be involved, the People's Power expects to win in the strong areas of Incheon and Busan Geumjeong, while the Democratic Party is aiming for a reversal in the rest of the country after defending its traditional support base, Yeonggwang and Gokseong in Jeollanam-do.

The Cho Kuk Innovation Party and the Progressive Party are expecting an extraordinary event in Yeonggwang, Jeollanam-do.
