The Joint Chiefs of Staff said today (11th) that North Korea has provided trash balloons to the South, and considering the wind direction, there is a possibility that it will move to northern Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province.
This is the 27th spray this year.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff said they should be careful about dropping the cargo, and asked them to report it to a nearby military unit or police without contacting them if they find a fallen balloon.
