Follow the schoolgirl and do obscene things...Bite the police officer.

An illegal Vietnamese resident in his 40s was caught by the police on charges of committing obscene acts and cracking a police officer during the arrest of a female student who was returning home.

Ilsan Dongbu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province is urgently arresting and investigating a Vietnamese man in his 40s on charges of forced harassment and obstruction of justice.

Mr. A is accused of committing obscene acts in front of an apartment elevator after following a middle school girl returning home from a park in Madu-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 9:45 p.m. last night (10th).

A is also accused of biting the hands and arms of two dispatched police officers and injuring them.

It was investigated that A followed a middle school girl who was returning home after seeing women in the park and committing obscene acts.
