The pre-voting for the October 16 re- and by-elections will be held at 476 polling stations in the region for the second day, selecting four heads of the Seoul Superintendent of Education, Geumjeong in Busan, Ganghwa in Incheon, and Yeonggwang and Gokseong in Jeollanam-do.

Representative Han Dong-hoon and other leaders of People's Power visited Geumjeong in Busan today to appeal for last-minute support for the election, while Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung will visit Geumjeong in Busan and Ganghwa in Incheon to campaign for support.

The location of the polling station can be found on the voting guide delivered to voters or on the website of the National Election Commission, and if you bring your ID from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can vote anywhere in the by- and by-elections area.

The NEC asked voters who cannot vote that day to participate in early voting as the voting day is not a public holiday on the 16th.
