In addition to driving military vehicles, I have also done vehicle maintenance myself.

Vehicles in the unit were over 20 years old on average, requiring two or three maintenance every day:
There was no lift to lift the
car, so I had to go underneath the car myself, raise my neck, and maintain it.

After this work, it was a neck disc that returned to Mr. A.

In the end, he completed 14 years of military service properly.

When the administrative trial was also rejected, A eventually filed a lawsuit, and the first trial court ruled in favor of A.

Based on the military service environment and diagnosis, the court saw that Mr. A had no choice but to continue excessive bending or receding of the back of his neck for a long time.

We also judged that it was reasonable to think that the work affected the occurrence or deterioration of injuries.
