Han Dong-hoon, chairman of the People's Power, who visited the site of the Busan Geumjeong-gu District Office's by-election, which is considered the biggest battleground for the October 16 by-elections, pointed out that there is no time for immoral behavior, citing Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Young-bae's remarks on "waste of blood money" in the Geumjeong by-election.Representative Kim

He then appealed for support that only the ruling party, which has the central government and 17 Busan lawmakers, can redevelop and reconstruct Geumjeong-gu, although he/she knows that many people think the government and the ruling party lack it.

Floor leader Choo Kyung-ho criticized Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung for trying to transfer to Seoul by helicopter during the Busan attack, saying that he abandoned Busan and destroyed Busan's pride and ran away after being injured while talking during the election.
