The Progressive Party's Jeonnam Provincial Party issued an emergency statement, claiming that there are a flurry of specific reports that they are illegally campaigning, such as gathering voters from somewhere to provide meals or delivering money envelopes.
The Jeonnam Provincial Party then urged other candidates to stop spreading illegal money and valuables, saying it would run a "72-hour fair election watchdog."
