The National Agricultural Products Quality Management Institute will conduct a safety survey of kimchi vegetables from tomorrow (15th) to the 30th of next month for the kimchi season.

The agricultural agency will collect 700 samples, focusing on the main production areas for each item such as cabbage, radish, green onions, garlic, and ginger, and inspect whether pesticides remain.

Agricultural products that exceed the allowed standard for residual pesticides will be delayed or discarded in the production area to block distribution.
