B stated in a police investigation, "A played a game by swearing loudly for more than 30 minutes in the PC room." When I asked him to be quiet, he replied, "I'll go apologize, so please stay still."

"I don't think I can go to work tomorrow, so please understand that," A said on the phone with an acquaintance. Afterwards, it was confirmed that he ran to B and stabbed the victim in the neck and stomach with a weapon.

Fortunately, B saved his life when customers around him overpowered A at the time of the incident. Immediately after the incident, B posted his damage situation on the online community.

During the investigation, A claimed, "I swung a weapon in the air with the intention of frightening him, and B unintentionally stabbed him in the neck while restraining him."

The court said, "Considering the circumstances and methods of the crime, the dangers of the tools, and the extent of damage, we considered the heavy guilt, the victim appears to have suffered lacerations behind his ears and damaged some facial nerves, the victim receives psychiatric treatment for trauma, and the murder is an act that takes lives and should be strictly punished even if it is only attempted."
