Ohtani, a man from the U.S. professional baseball "50-50," continued his first "Autumn Baseball" with a good performance in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series.

The Los Angeles Dodgers also succeeded in gaining the upper hand by winning a big victory over the New York Mets for the first time in 36 years.

Reporter Lee Dae-gun's report.

Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers, who grounded out in his first at-bat against Japanese pitcher Senga of the New York Mets.

At the bottom of the second inning, when the team led 2-0, he scored one point with a timely hit that pulled the first pitch.

He immediately tried to steal second base, but his first attempt at stealing the postseason ended in failure.

The success of 36 consecutive stolen bases in the second half of the year left a big mark, but it was not allowed in fall baseball.

Ohtani makes up for his failed steal with a second hit soon after.

Following Tommy Edman's hit in the fourth inning with one out and a runner on second,

Otani brings Edman home with a timely hit.

In the bottom of the eighth inning, the Dodgers sealed the game by adding three more runs with Betts' sweeping double.

In the end, Game 1 of the championship game ended with a 9-0 victory for the Dodgers.

The Dodgers showed a remarkable concentration with nine hits to score nine runs, but the Mets' lineup was silent with just three hits.

It is the third time in history that the Dodgers have won three consecutive postseason games since Game 4 of the Division Series against San Diego.

Ohtani was 2-for-4 with an RBI, two runs scored, and even a walk.

Game 2 will also be held at Los Angeles Dodger Stadium, and fans' interest in how Ohtani's first "Autumn Baseball" will continue.
