The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, China's Taiwan affairs body, has announced that it will punish and sanction Taiwan's legislator Sun Bo-yang and entrepreneur Cha Xing-cheng on charges of pro-Taiwan independence activities.
Referring to the 黑熊 Academy, a private Taiwanese reserve military training agency related to the two, he pointed out that they have fostered violent Taiwanese independents and participated in separatist activities under the guise of training with the support of the Democratic Progressive Party and external interference forces.
The office said the two will be included in the list of "firm Taiwanese independents" in the future, banning travel to China, Hong Kong and Macau, while all businesses and businesses involving the two cannot pursue profits in China.
Heixing Academy is a private military training agency established in 2021 against China's military threats and has been named as co-founder by Shen Bo Yang.
Qiao Xingcheng, the former chairman of Taiwan's second-largest semiconductor company UMMC, said he would donate 135 billion won ($3 billion) to foster 3 million black bear warriors in 2022.
