Three people, including a hotel president accused of poor safety management and initial response in connection with the fire at a hotel in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, which caused 19 casualties, are under arrest examination.

The Bucheon Branch of the Incheon District Court has been conducting a warrant review for three people, including hotel president A, who is suspected of professional manslaughter since 10:30 a.m. today (15th).

The owner of the building in his 60s gave up the warrant and did not attend.

Mr. A and others did not respond to reporters' questions about whether they could not predict the danger of fire or whether they usually leave the hallway fire door open.

They are accused of killing seven guests and injuring 12 others due to poor safety management in a fire at a hotel in Jung-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, on August 22.
