The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office today (15th) arrested and charged Mr. Jeong, a graduate of Sajik, with violating the Stalking Punishment Act.
Chung is suspected of spreading personal information on the Internet, including more than 1,000 medical doctors, full-time doctors, and medical students who did not participate in the government's collective action against the increase in medical schools.
Chung said through his legal representative, "I'm sorry to everyone who was affected by his writing."
The prosecution said it will make every effort to maintain the prosecution and respond strictly to various illegal activities, including copycat crimes.
