The Ministry of Science and ICT decided to issue an accompanying order when former Vice Chairman Lee, who was adopted as a witness in the National Assembly's audit of the state affairs of the Korea Communications Commission, did not appear at the National Assembly.
Earlier in February, former Vice Chairman Lee approved the change of YTN's largest shareholder at a two-person meeting with Kim Hong-il, then chairman of the Korea Communications Commission.
