The main vote for the October 16 by-elections will be held from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to 4 heads of local governments in Geumjeong, Busan, Ganghwa, Incheon, and Yeonggwang and Gokseong, Jeollanam-do.
Electors can only vote at designated polling stations based on their resident registration and must bring an ID card to verify their identity.
