The People's Power expressed its apology for the resignation of former head of Guro-gu, Seoul, Moon Jae-il, a member of the ruling party, against the decision of a blank stock trust.

In a statement on SNS, spokesman Ho Joon-seok, chairman of the Guro Gap Party Committee, said, "The Guro Gap Party Committee, which nominated and elected Moon, felt responsibility and apologized to the residents."

He then said, "I sincerely apologize for Moon's failure to fulfill his obligation of a blank trust under the Public Service Ethics Act and for choosing to resign from office instead of a blank trust without consultation with the party after the judiciary's decision," stressing that he will try to push ahead with the administration without interruption.In March last year, former head of the district office
