The New Reform Party urged the Democratic Party of Korea's "Amendment to the Rules of the National Assembly of the Standing Special Prosecutors," which includes the provision of the right to recommend special prosecutors, to withdraw it, calling it a "National Assembly version of the document."

Representative Heo Eun-ah said at a press conference that the revision proposed by the Democratic Party of Korea is unreasonable by giving priority to the highest-ranking lawmaker if the number of seats among non-intervention groups is the same, and if the players are the same, the non-intervention group, which includes senior lawmakers, will be given priority.

The Jang Yu-seo rule is a blatant exclusion rule from the New Reform Party and a youth exclusion rule, and he called for the re-submission of an amendment containing the voices of the youth.

Earlier, the Democratic Party of Korea proposed a revision of the National Assembly's rules to the National Assembly's steering committee, which excludes the right to recommend the ruling party when forming a standing special prosecutor candidate recommendation committee in cases where the president or relatives are subject to investigation, and instead referred it to the subcommittee.

In this case, the Democratic Party of Korea recommends two, and the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, which has the largest number of seats among non-conservative groups, recommends one from the Progressive Party, which has the same number of seats as the New Reform Party.
