It has been found that North Korea has recently revised the Constitution to define the Republic of Korea as a hostile country.

The Korean Central News Agency said today (17th) that it is an inevitable and legitimate measure starting from the demand of the Republic Constitution, which regulated the Republic of Korea as a thoroughly hostile country.

North Korea recently held a Supreme People's Assembly meeting and revised the Constitution, but it has not been disclosed how inter-Korean relations or unification have changed.

The agency also said measures to permanently fortify the closed southern border would continue to be taken, stressing that the move was in line with the order of the Labor Party's Central Military Commission.
