In Seong-hwan, the second deputy chief of the National Security Office, said that the government and companies need to join forces with the Republic of Korea's original team to enter the global market at a time when checks on K-bangsan are intensifying.

Deputy Minister In made the remarks today (17th) at the Yongsan Defense Convention at the 6th Defense Export Strategy Evaluation Meeting, where the government and companies discuss pending defense export issues and strategies.

He emphasized that defense exports and defense industries will play a very important role in creating the national economy and jobs, and that the presidential office will not spare any support.

The meeting was held to evaluate the performance of the domestic defense industry, which has grown rapidly since the launch of the current government, and to support new orders for large defense export projects at the pan-governmental level.

In particular, in-depth discussions were held on the stable implementation of the general contract signed with Poland in July 2022 and strategies for new orders.
