The Ministry of Education criticized that the independence and autonomy of accredited institutions should be respected, but that the council's opposition to the revision and insisting on canceling the policy to increase medical schools is an act that is too biased toward doctors regardless of fair evaluation accountability.
He also stressed that in the case of the establishment of special cases for evaluation and certification of medical courses, when academic operations are not normal in a large-scale disaster situation and educational conditions are deteriorated, a complementary period of about a year will minimize disadvantages to universities and students and ensure that medical personnel are nurtured.
