Paju City "Strongly Respond to the Spraying of North Korean Flyers"

Paju City said it will strongly respond to leaflets against North Korea that threaten the lives and safety of citizens as Gyeonggi Province has set and announced the entire city as a dangerous zone.The city of

believes that sending leaflets to North Korea will lead to North Korea's floating of filth balloons and loudspeaker noise attacks on the South, threatening the lives of citizens.

Paju Mayor Kim Kyung-il said, "It is a serious situation where the lives and safety of Paju citizens are threatened," adding, "We will use all administrative power to respond strongly so that we can completely block the distribution of leaflets to North Korea."
