Jeonbuk Province met with Germany's Fraunhofer IBMT Research Institute to discuss ways to transfer the biotechnology owned by the institute to companies in North Jeolla Province and promote joint research with research institutes such as universities in North Jeolla Province.Founded in 1949, IBMT is a biotechnology lab belonging to the Fraunhofer Institute, which has 76 laboratories across Germany, and is leading the development of regenerative drugs and new drugs using induced pluripotent stem cells.
